Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) Small Grants

Allows local decision making about restoration projects, and enables local teams (made up of soil and water conservation district, watershed, council, and tribal representatives) around Oregon to award small restoration project grants of up to $10,000 for eligible projects.

Requires 25% non-OWEB match (cash or in-kind). Funds are disbursed from OWEB through local team member grantees for projects.
